Keep getting suspended for high system resource usage

I don't know why this keeps happening everytime I try to admin my website. Any action I do causes it to get suspended and I don't why.

My website is running Drupal.

I also keep getting these errors:

Warning: MySQL server has gone away query

Check all your Plugins.That may be a cause

I checked all my plugins and tried disabling everything but it still shows me long list of errors.

Were any changes related to MySQL changed recently? It might be the issue.
