With due respect we are running a website from more than 5 years in the kitchenx.x10.mx suddenly it stops . We don't have database backup to . Please help us to restore the same.

Unable to login to my account using our user Id and password

I'm showing this account had been suspended for inactivity and was terminated after the suspension went unresolved; from the login logs I am seeing a login in late May, but the login before it was over 30 days prior. The logs also show it was displaying an error about the account being suspended that day, but the suspension was not requested to be lifted at that time. Emails would have been sent about the suspension as well, although they may have been blocked by the email provider.

Unfortunately once the account was erased, we are unable to recreate or reinstate it; you would need to create a new account, and would need to restore from local backups as we have none to restore from due to the termination process.
