l cant add "add-on" domain

l am having the same error ! even l changed the nameservers...

Addon Domain
Bind reloading on absolut using rndc zone: [freeweb.x10hosting.com] Bind reloading on ciroc using rndc zone: [freeweb.x10hosting.com] The subdomain, hb.freeweb.x10hosting.com has been added.
huseyinbicim.com is owned by another user.


Removed Entry from httpd.conf The subdomain, hb.freeweb.x10hosting.com has been removed.

huseyinbicim.com could not be setup. The subdomain hb.freeweb.x10hosting.com was not setup either.

I need immediate Help pls...

Boss When l try to add huseyinbicim.com domain which name servers are edited for ur name servers control pane always giwing this problem !

What sort of hosting understanding is it ? Nobody interests with my problem for a week !?
if there is a problem on ur servers you should say it to me and u should say u cant giwe service for a while but when u dont talk when ur clients request help ! You make unhappy your costumers...
Please take a solution to my problem....
with all my grates...
