l can't add my domain

I am having the same error ! even l changed the nameservers...

ciudadocana.com could not be setup. The subdomain ciudadocana.ocana.x10hosting.com was not setup either.
I need Help please...

just add it as a parked domain if you want it for the whole site, otherwise (if you want to use it just for a specific directory) i don't wtf is the problem with addon domains, but i'm sure the admins are working on it
