Im hosting an smf forum with you and everything was working fine until about 30 minutes ago it will lag and take several minutes to load a page, if you could tell me what this problem is and maybe a way to fix it would be greatly appriciated.

These sorts of errors are almost without exception temporary and resolve themselves rather quickly.
