Header and some of the borders could use some fine tuning, but other than that it is a very good job.

its great but there is only one thing i dont like in it, the spades symbol on the top looks out of place.

okay so i decided if i was you i would make the dashed borders right under the nav bar and right above the footer solid, then i would make the dotted border around the news dashed. thats just me though, but then again maybe theres a reason im not a graphic artist.. lol.
