I was going to make up a website for Slovenian users, who don't have a credit card. This website would include:
1. I would resell silk (virtual money on the game Silkroad).
2. I would resell in-game money from other websites.
3. There would be a free bot for those, who are to lazy to play them self.

The website would be also in English, but they would write in Slovene on the forums.

I'd really like to know, what I can do and what I can't. (It's better to ask before than to get a banishment after it. :)).

Yours,

The forum is not allowed. Since the users would write in Slovene, there would have to be a translation in one of our supported lanuguages.

As long as the other stuff is not against the game's terms of service/use/whatever, it is fine.
For example, Runescape only allows you to use their stuff on a website that abides by their rules. So you couldn't do that with Runescape.

I couldn't find anything, that does not allow the reselling of in-game items and silk. But I can't (as much as I know) advertise/host bot files, because they are banning them (each 3 months we get a new ban list). Therefore I think it's against their ToS.

If anyone should find anything about the reselling of gold and silk, please alert me.

Edit: The bot is against x10hosting ToS:
» Warez : Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking, IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.
Bots are a way of hacking. :p

Depends on bot type. Aimbots and such, provided they are colour based are not hacking at all.

And clienthook bots aren't really hacking. They modify files of the game, but are in no way illegal.

That last line contradicts itself.

I don't know if it applys to silkroad or not, however pretty much every major game strictly disallows modifying the game files for any reason at all - a clienthook bot, according to you, modifies files of the game. Voila, violated EULA.

Aimbots aren't "hacking" in the sense of modifying game files, however you could very quickly draw attention from Silkroad. If they throw a tantrum and X10 finds out, you could very well get suspended if not terminated immediately. Thats a bad place to be in :(

So for aimbots, or any bot in general, let me ask this: Would you be ok with being suspended or terminated should Silkroad's owners find your website, and deem it in violation of their Terms of Service or End User License Agreement?

Remember: Whether it violates x10's or not hardly matters here (I don't think it does, although it might be in a bit of a gray zone). If SilkRoad feels that it violates theirs, THATS when the problems start.

True, but this bot is doing what the payers usually do... kill monsters to get experience. I don't even know where my friend wanted to get a free bot, neighter I support boters, hate them. x)

@UP: Yes, they don't allow client modifying.

The gameplay is kinda like Lineage II and the graphic pwns any other I've seen so far. In August it was named as the best graphic detailed game on some website which supports a LOT of games (500+).
Though the developers are from Korea x)

I tried silkroad online i have also read the TOS and Bots are illegal. So x10 would not allow them here. :)
