How to unsuspend your account due to inactivity:

To unsuspend your account please do the following:

1. Go to the unsuspension page located here .
2. Click Check Suspension Reason.
3. Place your cpanel username into the text box and click Check Suspension Reason once more.
4. click Unsuspend Now.


To avoid from being suspended in the future make sure that you log in to the forums at least once every two weeks.

If you are unable to unsuspend yourself please create a ticket here.
