level server errors?

Hi im just curious if anyone else is experiencing errors through out the control panel on level server? I notice that on cpanel just under the "header" area a partial html tag

which can be simply fixed by editing this section of your code:

but ii am also unable to access my account settings

also when trying to signup for cloudfare through cpanel i get the following json error:

And im also trying to use my godaddy domain name on here via addon domain, i have updated the nameservers on godaddy (as far as i know its instant and then tried to add it and am getting this error

Any word on the nameserver issue? everything else in my post is fixed as of this time tho except for this. Ive tripple checked godaddy and have infact added NS1.X10HOSTING.COM and NS2.X10HOSTING.COM as the nameservers and they are active yet when i try to do addon domain it errors still with the above message Do i need to edit the zone file on godaddy to point to a diff ip?
