License expired

I tried to enter my hosting control panel, but I got a "Unexpected licensing error has occurred. Please open a support ticket. license is expired" message.

My site is hosted on x15.

i can confirm an issue currently with the x15 server.
i have sent a note to a staff member.
it might take a while before they reply.
