Limited bandwidth

For free accounts, I knew that bandwith is limited per month. I just seen that i can only download at ~20Ko/s. My bandwith can go up to 750 Ko/s. I found nowhere that the bandwidth were limited per seconds. Any infos ?

Actually the free accounts bandwidth is unmetered. And the speed you are getting to download depends on your internet connection and the load on the server.

I thing this is the load of the server because my internet connection is 10x faster. I seen this morning that the server were at 80 kb/s. Thank you
