I created total three accounts on this site

but no use ; i can only see 500 MB disk space here !

See; i am not from any TERRORIST country ok ? In fact i am from a country who has always been the PRAY of terrorists..... i.e. India which is NOT in your black list i guess.....

Most annoying thing is that when i click support ;it says support is disabled for customers using LOTUS servers !

Then i clicked on feedback and told them What's my problem but NO REPLY AT ALL !

>:-(

i hope at least here my problem will get solved straight away without giving me Any EXCUSES.....

And if you can't solve my problems then please let me know that and also tell me how to delete all my accounts permanently so that i can DELETE ALL THREE ACCOUNTS HERE and go to some other web hosting site because i know 10 free web hosting sites which actually provide Unlimited disk space.....No fake promises at all !!!!

See this announcement as to what has happened: http://x10hosting.com/forums/useful-information/166022-country-restrictions.html#post847070

If your account remains in good standing, we can lift the restrictions for as long as you ask. What you're seeing is simply a measure to cut down on abuse from particular individuals in particular countries. Countries that have given us some issues with abuse have disk restrictions. If you aren't doing anything bad and remain in good standing, post up in the Free Hosting forum after a week or two asking to have the restriction removed, and as long as you remain in good standing, you can keep the account. That's how it works :)

... and you do understand that you are only allowed to have one account, right? From the Terms of Service:

1. Server Usage

Personal accounts are to be used by the primary owner only. Personal account holders are not permitted to resell, store or give away web-hosting services of their website to other parties. Web hosting services are defined as allowing a separate, third party to host content on the owner's web site. Exceptions to this include ad banners, classified ads, and personal ads. x10Hosting reserves the right to refuse service and/or access to its servers to anyone. Each individual is allowed ONE account only. ...

@ essellar;you stupid; don't be oversmart ok? Whoever you are.....

Don't show me that non sense terms of services

no one has time to read all that .....

i had to create three accounts only because of the restrictions on my disk space availability.....because YOU PEOPLE ARE TOO PROUD OF YOUR NATION THAT YOU UNDERESTIMATE OTHER NATIONS AND THEIR CITIZENS that's why you people give them some limited disk space

and tell your administrators to put that 500 Mb issue on the home page itself and see how many people will create account here !

You people are CHEATING users.....what about that?

If i had got unlimited disk space just with one account i would not have created two others

and by the way i have created three accounts with Three DIFFERENT EMAIL ID'S.....no one can prove i am the owner of all three email ids

instead of solving my problems you people just want to BARK like a dog
nothing else.....

You're not making any friends, you know. You've just said that you're more than willing to break the rules because they don't suit you, and I wouldn't expect a whole lot of sympathy or understanding, nor are you increasing the level of confidence that you'd be willing to follow any of the other terms of service that are in place for everybody.

Thank your fellow countrymen for the temporary restrictions (and they are only temporary) on new accounts -- if there hadn't been continual abuse in the past, there would be no restrictions in the present. It's not about terrorism (or any fears thereof), it's about things like spamming, phishing, and failure to follow the copyright laws that the service provider, x10Hosting is obliged by law to ensure that all of the sites it hosts follow. As the service is hosted in the USA, it is subject to US law, as well as to international treaty. A 500 MB site for a launch is hardly restrictive.

If you want your accounts erased, post a ticket in Free Hosting and fill this out within said ticket:

cPanel username:

( ) Inserting an X inside the parentheses signifies that I have made all necessary backups of my free hosting account and will not hold x10Hosting responsible for any data I am unable to recover after my free hosting account is deleted. The X also serves as my digital signature verifying that I have proper authorization to request account deletion of the account specified.

Insulting volunteers by outright calling them stupid is out of line, no matter -how- upset you are that you're in a high risk country. Personally? I'd say just be happy you even could get an account, as not even a month ago it would've told you "Due to continued abuse from your country of origin, signups are disabled."

As for being too proud of our nation and that we underestimate other nations, we don't. We base our high-risk and black lists purely off of the actions taken by that countries users involving our hosting service, both current and past, and contains no bias regarding location, pride, or prejudice. India's had a very checkered past with us regarding warez and phishing in particular.

At this point I don't see a reason to continue the discussion as the reason for the limits has been given, and rather than discuss it in a rational fashion you've opted to insult a member of our volunteer core, and also acknowledged not reading the TOS and not being willing to abide by it - that won't help India's case for getting moved off of the high-risk list.

Topic closed. If you wish to discuss this in a more rational manner than directly insulting users and ignoring explanations, you're more than welcome to reopen it at a future date, but try to remain open to explanation at that time,
