link account problem 2

(This is a repost as problem hasn't solved.)
hi. I am new in x10hostings. I have signed up in both forum and hosting. In both place my username is ferdousx.
The problem is in x10hosting after i login with my user name and password i come to a page which says link yoour hosting account. i tthink it wants my forum username. I put ferdousx and click but it says "The hosting username you specified does not exist."

I can't login to cpanel. And I haven't create any domain/subdomain yet (as i cant login the cpanel).
All i can do is login from x10hostings homepage and it takes me to that page.
What to do?

There is no member with that cPanel name registered.

Are you sure its right.
Check the confirmation e-mail.

You said you think it wants the forum name? but it says the hosting name can't be found, have you tried entering your hosting name?

It wants your cPanel name, I think.

You need to link the cPanel username with the Forum username.

Thus when you log into the forum it will ask for the hosting username.

Exact same problem here too.
I'm on the forum as webtalks, and i clicked the verification link in the email. (Regd alright: http://forums.x10hosting.com/members/webtalks.html )

On one occasion it even said "your account is already linked, go use it."
And then it is the same: "no such exists" while linking ...

This does not show any ip either: http://www.brandonsgames.com/checkserver/english.php

I think i am missing something obvious.
I'd be glad if anyone would point me to the correct form or page.

You need to confirm your hosting account, it automatically links it upon creation of your hosting account.
