Link Account Problem...

Hello.
I am new here,
I have created an account, and it is asking me to link the account.
But every time i try. it tells me that:
"An Error Has OccurredThe hosting username you specified does not exist."
Please could you help...

under the account name "Snailman"
but now i just received an email saying something about it not being created properly...
It says an error has occured:
