Link account

Under the new rules you have to link the hosting and forum accounts. I have been suspended for not complying, but every time I try to link accounts I receive an error that says "The hosting username does not exist". I do use my username as set up. What can I do?

What is the hosting account username, and how long ago did you sign up?

I used the same user name. I signed up in February

Please provide more information. Such as the CPanel user name and domain name url

I did not find a hosting account with the username "darylt51", it's possible that it was terminated due to inactivity.
