Link Account

I just registered for an ad-free account and also in the forum using the same username and email. When i try to log into the the account (hosting) it tells me:

"In order to use the Ad-Enhanced hosting account management panel, you must have your forum account linked to your hosting account.
Please enter your cPanel username below, you will receive an E-mail with further instructions. Be sure to have the same E-mail address registered with your cPanel account that your forum account has!"

I give it my username and tell it to link but it then says

"The hosting username you specified does not exist."

whats up?

Have you checked your email for a confirmation link?

If so, make sure you are entering the correct cPanel username.

i activated my forum account with the link that they sent me, and i am entering the username that i picked when i signed up for the hosting plan (ad -free). it is still giving me the error.
