link accounts?

This is probably something really obvious, but my site has gone down and whenever I try and access it I get a

I had a running site before, and now when I try and access the cpanel it asks me to link accounts between my forum account and my cpanel username? I'm not sure what my cpanel username is, how can I recover it?

I have tried all the regular usernames that came to mind.

Help would be very much appreciated, thanks.

What do you think your username was?

I would have thought it was either slurkle, lareski or stickerminions.

I don't use much else, the site was stickerminions.x10hosting.com if that helps in any way.

Reason: Suspended for extended period of time, terminated automatically.

What.. is there any way to recover it?

I couldn't unsuspend my account, I don't believe it was my fault.

I didn't log in to the forum for two weeks, I got the suspension message. So I went to unsuspend and logged in. But it didn't unsuspend my account, I continually got the error and even when I went to 'reason' it said 'account is unsuspended'. But it wasn't.

What's the problem?

Can I at least retrieve my files, I don't believe this is a fair reason for termination.

It's in our terms of service, and we don't backup files, so you can't get them back, sorry.

Did you ever post on the forums about this error before now?

Yes, I did and the problem mysteriously fixed itself without explanation really.

But then your account got terminated, so it was suspended for 2 weeks. It just doesn't make sense.

Sorry about what happened wish there was more we could do. Do you need anything else today?

No. We had a exceeded bandwidth warning right before the termination if that helps explain anything.

The community doesn't seem pleased, I guess I will just have to change services.
