Link accounts

I have been asked to link my account and enter my cpanel username. This is after waiting the amount of time it asked me to for the setup queue (after validating my E-mail and confirming.) I have tried entering every different bit of info I put in the signup form and I keep getting the "An Error Has Occurred
The hosting username you specified does not exist." Should I have recieved another E-mail with a different username in?

I only know my username as illieun. I never recieved anything specific to cpanel
