Game modding as in modifying. I mod Oblivion: The Elder Scrolls IV. Here is a good site about it. Mods are kinda like expansions.

... Well I used to mod/map for games like Halo, StarWars Battlefront and Doom... but I don't do it any more because I have no time...

As for Oblivian: It is one of the best FPS out there! And I am glad to see someone expanding the already endless game!

But I do not see why others would not know what modding is, there are a lot of famous mods out there. (IE: Counter Strike)
