Link Hosting Account

I am new. I was trying to figure out where to get started. To get the account management panel it said I need to "Link Hosting Account". My username is Chaddly and the site is supposed to be Chaddslist@pcriot.com.
Also, this is my first website. Where is a good place to get started. Thank you!! Sorry for my ignorance.

I have an email "Welcome to x10Hosting Forums!", and another one "Action Required to Activate member for x10Hosting Forum". I clicked the reply link, and it said I had activated my account.
Is there some place I should go to start/activate the website link?
