Linking account problems

Hi I have only just created my account. When I log in on the 10xhosting home page it allows me entry, then it redirects me and asks me to link the forum and hosting accounts. This doesn't work. It says the username does not exist. I have already tried resending the confirmation email. Any ideas

What is your cPanel username?

I used the username avant for both forum and hosting accounts
