I attempt to link my forum account to my hosting account and do not recieve a confirmation email. I may have misspelled my email address? Can this be manually linked? I cannot get to my account to check what email address I used or how it's spelled. Any help would be great.

My site is up and running. The problem is that it is suspended many times per day because of forum inactivity. I obviously sign into my forum account but it is not linked to my hosting account and my site, in turn, gets disabled like I'm hosting Spider Monkey porn.
