Linking Account

I created my account about 6 months ago, and linked my forum account to my hosting account and everything has been working up until a little while ago. Now every time i log in to 10hosting.com it gives me a message saying that i need to link my account to a forum account. so i type in my forum account username, and then when i submit it, it says that the username doesn't exist. It seems that I have been blocked from using my control panel, as well as cpanel and ftp. I can't even view my website. This isn't too big of a problem, but I would like to at least be able to get my data off the servers. Please let me know what I need to do to access my control panel as well as all of my files. Thanks

What is/was your cPanel username?

If you have not logged into the x10 Forums in over a month it is likely that your account was deleted.

It was suspended for over 10 days without any action taken on it. It was originally suspended for inactivity.

You're welcome to sign up again by going to http://x10hosting.com/logout then going through the normal sign-up process.
