Linking Account?

In order to use the Ad-Enhanced hosting account management panel, you must have your forum account linked to your hosting account.

I have no idea what to put in Account Username, ive tried RipHalo (ID)
and my website URL RipHaloClan.

I'm signing up for Ad Free by the way.

try riphalo in lowercase. Your account is linked already though, so are you still having this problem ?
