Linking cforum account

I just registered for a free hosting account and also registered and activated a forum account.

When I login, the website asks me to link my accounts together. However, when I enter my username I get an error that my username cannot be found. I checked multiple times that I am using the correct username.

Please advise.

I´m kind of getting pissed of. I also can´t link my accounts together.

same problem with me i tried everything from my username to even i used the email i used to register but it dont take.. please help us someone here.. thanks

they are working with the servers to get it to work fine.
