Linking Forum Account and Hosting Account

I'm having problems linking my hosting account with my forum account

when i try to link them it quotes "Error Has Occurred The hosting username you specified does not exist "

Yet i have the same username on Forum and Hosting i think

Username : scuzz24
Cpanel : scuzz24
Domain : symphonie.elementFX.com

The account scuzz24 does not exist on the servers. Please make sure you have clicked on the confirmation link in the mail you received from x10.
