linking on my forum under x10 free hosting

i want to know which links can i provide on my forum under x10hosting free hosting.
ie can i give links of youtube.com or mediafire or of rapidshare etc if not than how can i give videos to users on my forum. ie how can i upload videos or pics on my forum.

the reply is given that mediafire or rapidshare won't ban me for uploading copyright data.
i want to know weather x10hosting allows mediafire linking on free hosting or not or do it also allows youtube linking and which photo uploading site does x10hosting allows. and thanks for your reply.

We only allow links to things that don't violate copyright. If you were to link to an illegal download hosted on rapidshare, then under the Warez Policy of x10hosting you'd be permanently suspended.

In short: If what you're linking to is legal, you're okay. Get caught linking to something NOT legal, and your account goes away.
