linking problem

Hi there,

I can't link my cPanel account to my forum account - I updated the email address in the cPanel, but when I log in to the x10 account page, it just says that it cannot retrieve my information.

What is your hosting name?

Are you trying to login to x10hosting.com/account with your Forum Username, or your Hosting Username? You need to login with your Forum Username and Password in order to gain access there. As far as account linking goes, it looks like you've got it linked.

Edit: hmm...The account you have linked with your forum account doesn't exist. Is your hosting account username "essays"? If not, and it is in fact "essay", then it most likely has been terminated for reasons that I am unsure of.

my hosting account is wecskool - and yes, i was logging in with my forum username. there is a previous thread about the essay account here.
