Linking to forum = "The hosting username you specified does not exist."

For some reason I can't connect to the ftp anymore, when I login on x10hosting.com it tells me I need to link it to my forum account, which I had already done before, and when I try to link it to this forum account I get this error:

An Error Has Occurred
The hosting username you specified does not exist.The hosting username you specified does not exist.

Any idea what's wrong?

The account name is ezbugs, same as the forum.

What is your domain name url? If the site still exists i will link your cPanel to your forums account.

Ok after doing some research i don't see the account listed on our servers.

When was this account created?
When was the last time you logged into the forums?

Well it's been a while since I logged in the forums and I'll have to check the emails to see when the account was created. I'll report back in a bit.


*edit* Ok, the account was created in the 3rd of November 2007

If I can login on the main page that means the account still exists right?

Also when I log in to the FTP it tells me the username is OK but the password isn't.

It's because your account was terminated on 20th May for prolonged inactivity.
