links not working in subdomain

I'm getting a 404 error on some of my links in my sub domain http://iiirealms.com

my links all work on the main sub by don't work for directories under that eg:
http://iiirealms.com/portfolio come back 404

I'm not sure what is going on here as i've triple checked my links and everything seems to be coded right

any help would be greatly appreciated

Im guessing it could be permissions.. Is the folder 755(rwx rx rx), and the files with in it 644 (rw r r)?

nope tried chmod too 755 for all files in the directories in question and still nothing same 404 as before

actually the directories are 755
the files were 644 now they are 755

The problem is on your .htaccess file.
After renaming it to .htaccess.bk, your website works fine.
