Does anybody here know if there is any possible way I can write my own Media Player in Linux from scratch, or if I would need a prebuilt Media Toolkit??? I would like to write a Media Player using QT4, that's awesome, it's just as good as Microsoft's WPF(Windows Presentation Foundation) found under the Visual C# IDE.... I would like to build it from scratch, but I bet that's a lot of manual coding too =/

Thanks, I didn't know where it went, Media Player Creation is Programming, so I figured I'd place it in the Programming Forums
