Loadding Time Of my Website HIGH!!

Actually Im trying this service from yours.. My site is working well under your web hosting.. But sometimes when i hit the URl of my site , it may take some time to load.. (1 day from whole week)..
So what was the reason??

Please be feel to give me reply as i cant able to open my site instantly as it take too much time to open..!

Sometimes the load might be high because some people are running scripts too much.
