loading site attemps file download not view

When I visit stateofaffairs.info it attempts to download a file not load my index.php. If I go to http://stateofaffairs.info/index.php all is fine. The rest of my site works as well. I believe this is related to the newest updates on the servers.

When I go to: http://stateofaffairs.info/ it opens your index.php correctly.
Clear your cache & temp files, make a flush of your DNS and try again.

Doh my bad... just a quick clear of the cache did it. Your always good about reminding us to do that fedlerner. Of course were always bad at remembering to do it! Thanks for the help!!
