Please tell me what to do to my hosting working again?
At the moment I wrote in my account: "Explanation needed file hosting possible."

A speedy reply would be beneficial here as well, given that it took us two minutes to reply when you submitted the ticket.

In any case, I'll clarify it a bit more. What is in the files directory, and why is it not linked from -anywhere- on the website, thus making it inaccessible? If you read the TOS on what File Hosting is, you currently fit the definition.
