The man responsible for paying the bill at the site I do changed the account information and now the pay-for part of the account has locked us out and does not recognize either of our emails! I can do anything I want to the site, but I cannot even log a support ticket regarding the change of username and password to the financial side of the account because the server does not recognize my email. What is the solution for this fix we've gotten into?
