locked out

i was using the ftp sevice to upload my website files but recently put them in the wrong directory.
the result is that when i try to log in i get told their has been an error with the login.
my ftp does not work but i can still accres my site from the web.

i know others who have exprenced this problem.
any help would be appreceated

Hi nzgizmos,

Please could you verify that you are using your x10host.com domain as the FTP Host and your cPanel credentials as the username/password?
