log in error

I set up my x10hosting last week, I'm trying to get started but I don't know how to... when i tried logging in it takes a lot of time to at the end saying there is an error.
are you in the same situation? could you help please?

Are you able to login there http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with forums username and password??

If yes then Click on hosting menu after login to see your hosting account status.
