log in problem

I received my email stating "x10Hosting - Ad-Free Hosting Account Created!" but cannot login to anything except forums can someone help when i go to sign in I get an error message that says "Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue"

It seems that your account wasn't created properly. Can you please recreate the account ?

Will it allow me to recreate using the same info??

actually I went back and tried to recreate and it told me I already have a hosting account use it. I cant recreate and I cant login. Now what do I need to do?

Click here www.x10hosting.com/logout, clear all temporary files, cookies etc and then try again.
