Logging into cPanel

Since I upgraded my account to paid, I've been unable to log into cPanel. I've reset my password and tried many different combinations and nothing seems to work. Can it be checked on?

Your Account is still on "Chopin" Free Server. Did you request to move your account to paid server???

If not then Go to paid support area http://clients.x10hosting.com/clientarea.php and post request to move your account from free to paid server
