logging into cpanel

I've been all around this forum and checking out the threads about cpanel issues, but I have yet to find out how to login to cpanel. Do we use the same username as our account? All I ever get is a "Fail to login". I know there are some cpanel server moves right now, but how would we know if we are on Cossacks or not?

Your cPanel name is theguy48 this is what you will use to log into your cPanel. I have also done a bit of work on your log in. You should be able to log in now.

Try now. Absolut has been giving me fits all day. I hope this worked for you.

Thats because the http was down again. I restarted it. Try again and let me know.

The reason i ask is if you have made no changes to the site. It is showing domain available. This could be the reason. What happens is with all the accounts now that were backed up in the queue for creation are now being created. In doing so some accounts are not being created properly. If you have made no changes. I will terminate and create the account again using the details in your cPanel and pm you a new password.

If this is the case would you like me to create the account again for you?

Your site shows the x10hosting default Welcome to your new hosting account page. So your account was created properly. We are still having a minor cPanel issue on your server. I am working hard to try and get you all back up and running.

Could u please do that? What u said was true. I did not adjust the site yet cus I couldn't log into the cPanel so...
