logging into manger

Hi can some one tell me why I cannot log into my control panel, it goes so far then stops and jams??

I mean it start to initialise than stops, so I cannot get on to the file manger to do anything and it will not let me get on to some of the forums please can you tell me why.

I see you have changed the way you enter the email and password I do this and then it tells me I am successful but then freezed so it goes no where??

I have not heard back from you can you tell me why I am not allowed to go on to my file manager and why it stops initializing as it is so frustrating not being able to alter or add anything to the site??

WOW its unbelievable that were not getting any help with this. Not able to submit support ticket either. Im glad I decided to try the free hosting before upgrading to paid hosting. I can ftp into my site and upload files thru ftp client but the cpanel is an invaluable tool!
