logging into my account using the Filezilla ftp

I am sorry to bother you again, but i cannot log into my account usin the Filezilla ftp. It says:

Are you using the same password that you use for cPanel for that particular account, or are you trying to log in using another FTP account you created in cPanel?

The password that i log into https://x10hosting.com/control/. I haven't been able to log into cpanel for a while now.
