Logging into my CP

Hi,

Whenever I try to login to my CP I get a message stating 'You must specify a username to login'. Well, I have done this repeatedly and also, you can't even login without entering a username. What's the problem, I have entered my correct username and password.

Which server is your account on?

The cPanel login would be https://servername.x10hosting.com:2083

You should also be able to use your sub-domain for a redirect, such as user.x10.bz/cpanel would redirect you to your login page.

I've had this problem when I first tried to login.

After experimenting with the URL, I discovered that deleting everything after the port number (2083), reloading the page, then entering your credentials will allow you to log in. As far as I can tell, the auto-redirect given by the main Portal is broken.

Example: Your URL may say something like "https://[yourserver].x10hosting.com:2083/login/?login_theme=cpanel"

Delete the information after the port, leaving you with this: "https://[yourserver].x10hosting.com:2083"

Then login with your info. It works for me, and it should work for you as well assuming that your server isn't down!
