login and hosting trouble

hello, i have a got serveral problems with my webhosting account :
First: my domain useful-link.com still point to absolut server even if i have requested a change to an adfree 'corporate' hosting (it's due to the creation of 2 accounts based on the same forum username (osshm and osshmfr) ) so you could delete one of them or both of them. i can recreate a new hosting account and start from the begning. here's a screen that show that my hosting is on an absolut server instead of the stoli one

Second : I could not lgin to my ftp and my cPanel with my password tried several combinaison and used the reset function without success :dunno:

i'm sorry for the trouble maked and for my bad english. Hope a solution will be found soon.

Are you asking to have both accounts terminated? If so please reply with a yes. Also remember you can only have one account with x10hosting free accounts.

Account osshmfr was terminated. However i do not find the other account you mentioned on neither the adfree or adenhanced servers. Please log in to the other forum account so i can see the cpanel user name and account information for that account.

the account osshmfr is terminated but i still can connect with osshm login and i get the following message: "Whoops, an error occurred retrieving your account's data from our system. Please try your request again in a few moments."
i havent understood what you mean by "Please log in to the other forum account" (i have created 2 different account 'osshm' 'osshmfr' but used the same forum name 'osshm' to link them this is probably the source of problems).
it seems also that useful-link.com still point to absolut server.

ok thanks just an other thing : can i link osshmfr account to osshm (forum login) or will this create an other problem ?

I would just hold off until i can have and admin look into the account problems. I don't want to pile on more problems. I am sure it won't be much longer.
