Login attempt failed in cPanel

Hi
I can load my domain
cPanel page is loading
but when i put my user and pass in cPanel and press login button
only shows 'Login attempt failed' message

ive deleted all temp files, and cookies are allowed
and still can not access my account

after i enter my user and pass,
appears a 'Login attempt failed' message

Try to login at http://safir.x10hosting.com:2082

If it is not working too then try to reset your cpanel password..


Login to http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with forums username and password.
Go to "Hosting" on TOP navigation, ----> Then Click on "update password". There you can change your password. put forums password in "Current Password" field.

Note: After this process, password for your client account, cPanel, and forums will become same.

You have to change the cPanel password not the control panel password.
