"Login Attempt Failed" message for cPanel

Hello. I get the following message when I log into the cPanel:
"Login Attempt Failed!"

Here's some information about my account:
URL of cPanel I try to log into: https://starka.x10hosting.com:2083/
Hosting Username raindrop
Status Unsuspended
Package adfree-infinity
Creation Date July 1 at 1:31 am
Hosting Server starka
Main Domain raindropecho.com

I changed my password so it's not a matter of using the wrong password. The username I input is "raindrop" so I believe I've correctly entered everything in there. I've also changed the DNS servers through my domain provider to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com. I've cleared my cache and history, etc from my browser.
