well guess what ! i can't login cpanel,

to be honest i diden't manage to login even once (im quite new here, 2 weeks)
every time i try i get the red msg ''login attempt failed!''
i read carefully similar posts with same problem, try few things but still nothing ...

and yes the pass and username are definitely correct
and yes i reset my pass
and yes i tried to login with ...domain......:2082/login

i don't want to create a ticket, before ask you guys
any ideas ?

Try recover your password by email
Maybe you forgot password

Hello,

Like gwaher say, try changing your cPanel password by your AMP.
* Login in your AMP (x10hosting.com/panel.php) ussing your forum info (username and pass)
* Select the option "Change cPanel Password"
* Change It to your own
* Save the changes


Also remember that your forum username is not the same that your cPanel username, you can see your cPanel username in the main page of your AMP (x10hosting.com/panel.php)
