login attempt failed

I know these days u were busy to upgrade the servers, Im really appreciate ur effort.
But several days past, today I can't login cPanel on Starka server. I tried several times, it always shows "Login Attempt Failed!". I also tried to change the password, but it doesn't work.

someone can tell me whether the Starka server still process to upgrade or finished, because I saw the post it should be open on 24th. If it is a system problem hope some staff can solve it, thank you.

You will be able to reset your password through the Account Management Panel once the backend is synced with WHM. This will happen over the next 24 hours. Until then, you may open another support thread if another problem arises.
