Login attempts fail on cPanel

Adding to the annoyance of loosing blog posts is this inability to access cPanel.
Tried changing the password using account panel, but it still returns "Login attempt failed."

Tried http://thepaperbird.co.cc:2082/ and http://fris.x10hosting.com:2082/login/

Edit: When trying to access cPanel through the account panel, I get a certificate warning, I let it go and then I get to the cPanel longin page with Login attempt failed.
