Hi. I know you've been doing a lot of work recenty, but I can't FTP to your server - I get "530 login authentication failed". I have not changed my password. Can you help me please?

You were on Fris, but now you are on Stoli. So, if you were using fris.x10hosting.com as a host for your FTP client, please change it to stoli.x10hosting. If that does not work, please post back.

My FTP client settings are:
FTP Host/server: weatherinyate.x10hosting.com
Remote Directory: /public_html/weather
I never knew what sever I was on on! Should I now specify the server in the settings above?
I can log into account panel, is that the same as cPanel?

You will be able to reset your password through the Account Management Panel once the backend is synced with WHM. This will happen over the next 24 hours. Until then, you may open another support thread if another problem arises.
